As a Caregiver of an elderly family member, I saw first hand, the need for quality and compassionate in-home care services within our local community. I found out that taking care of a loved one's personal, physical, mental, and social needs is a tough job that can physically and mentally drain you. As many families struggle to care for their elderly loved ones, while navigating their daily demanding lives, many of our senior’s basic personal needs, such as (bathing, grooming, meal preparation, lighthouse keeping, and even companionship are often overlooked or neglected.)
After hearing the many stories and concerns about the lack of care or resources shared by my peers, who are also taking care of elderly family members, to include those who may be going through Alzheimer/Dementia or dealing with complications from Diabetes, Hypertension or those recovering from a stroke or surgeries were very distressing.
The cries for alternate resources and option to help provide better care for elderly and loved ones resonated within me, and I felt compelled to act. As such, I partnered with a professionally licensed caregiver, who is compassionate and truly cares about the wellbeing of all her clients. She is very loving, intuitive, hardworking, dependable, and provides a holistic approach to quality care where the Clients' personal, physical, mental, and social needs can thrive or bloom. Her two decades of experience in this profession and dedication to each client receiving the proper home care needs, set the stage for improved quality of life for seniors.
